The partners work together on the development of a common pedagogical approach for intercultural training for staff members. One focus is the development of web-based learning sequences that are placed on an open source-based learning platform. In that the methodological and didactic development and the exchange of experiences regarding the use of the new media (along with the development of the learning platform) represents one of the main aspects of the project.
Each partner is working with different target groups and develops specific learning units to transmit specific intercultural competencies for staff members. Moreover, the partners are realising project-related activites on a local level to promote the integration of migrants.
