INSUP Formation in a few words...

Since its creation in 1978, INSUP FORMATION has grown and developed into one of the leaders in vocational training in the South West of France. Founded as a non-profit organisation, the emphasis is placed on adult and youth vocational training or re-training in the tertiary sector. The main office is located in Bordeaux, in addition to which INSUP has 10 branches throughout Aquitaine. This enables INSUP to be as close as possible to the trainees and to deliver courses tailored to their needs as well as the specific requirements of the regional labour market.

As per its legal status, INSUP FORMATION is committed to the social advancement of its trainees and provides the skills that will allow for successful integration and progress at work and in society.

For this reason, many of our training courses are carried out in partnership with local authorities, employment services, social organisations in favour of the advancement of disadvantaged groups (unemployed workers, women, young people without qualification, learners with disabilities or special needs…) as well as companies.

Main Activities in the Project

In the framework of the INTEGRATION project, INSUP collaborated with the other French partner, GIP FIPAN to translate and adapt the critical incident questionnaire. In May 2005, the questionnaire was distributed in 3 of the 10 branches which are more particularly confronted with cultural diversity. 22 questionnaire were returned and their results were already analysed and summarised in written.
